Delete Your Terra Account
We're sorry to see you go. You can manage your data by deleting individual plants or your entire account directly from the app.
How to delete your account in the app
- Open the Terra app
- Go to Settings (bottom navigation)
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
- Read the warning and tap "Delete" to confirm
- Your account and all data will be permanently deleted within 7 days
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- All plants and watering history
- Scan history and quota data
- Push notification tokens
- All personal data stored in our systems

Deletion is processed within 7 days of your request.
How to delete a plant in the app
- Open the Terra app and go to your My Plants list
- Tap on the plant you wish to delete
- Scroll to the bottom of the plant details page or tap the three dots (menu) icon in the top corner
- Tap "Delete Plant"
- Confirm that you want to delete the plant and its history
